What to expect

In case you haven't noticed yet, this is not a standard run-of-the-mill postcard. If you haven't seen one, you can request one from us or see a full-size sample in this PDF file.

Our postcard and trading card production tools utilize industry standard image formats. Each collectible trading card and each postcard begins as image files. Next, we work with you to configure your marketing campaign as a collectible card set, with personalization and customization as your project requires. Then, using your address files or purchased mailing lists, we create a USPS certified database of card recipients and assign / randomize the cards. Together we will review the project to see what the final cards will look like and how the mailing will be processed. Finally, Insetcards prints and mails the cards. (Oh yes, then you start getting great feedback and measurable results!)

We will work with you on your schedule. Our process takes as short as a few days, from concept to delivery to the post office. Once a project is ready, repeat mailings can occur within a day!

Prices

Our pricing model is simple and flexible, based on the style of Insetcard selected, the number of cards printed / mailed, and the optional services you select.

The dramatic, innovative Insetcards full-color both sides, 5" x 8" postcard with 3.5" x 2.5" trading card costs just 59 cents (including postage), which includes basic design support, address list certification, production, automated rate postage, mailing, and database creation for online marketplace . This cost applies for required minimum quantities and does not incorporate any available discounts. Optional services are available for additional costs, including creative design, address list manipulation, additional variable data programming, and multiple mailing alternatives. We can process orders for as few as 500 cards and as many as hundreds of thousands (and more).

Remember, we address and mail the cards for you; our prices include substantial savings to you in reduced postage. There is no need for labels, less labor by your staff, and best of all - NO hassle with the mailing. (You can order unaddressed cards too).
