Heroes are ordinary people who do extraordinary things. They are like you and me. They have faced challenges in their lives and they have made choices about how to respond. Many great men and women have accomplished some incredible things in the history of our country and the world. By learning about these men and women, we give ourselves the chance to be like them and to really make a positive impact in our own lives.
Character Education is a fundamental part of a curriculum that supports, encourages, and even inspires kids. We feel that real-life human examples serve very well as a method to relate to kids what they actually can achieve - by giving positive role models and stories of real accomplishments. We have created a powerful tool with The Heroes Club trading cards, available as recognition, rewards, and/or reminders. The cards themselves have even greater impact when they are integrated into a course or activity. The cards and teaching resources are intended to help create the courses and activities that work for you and your kids.
